A person-centered approach to diabetes distress and glucose management.
ReVive 5 is a transformative two-part training program that integrates emotional well-being and glucose data into person-centered diabetes care. - Tips to evaluate insulin needs without complex formulas
- Identify how lifestyle factors (food, stress, exercise) affect glucose patterns
- Apply the ReVive 5-step approach in case studies to solve common glucose issues
- Discover how different distress profiles inform personalized care and problem-solving
